Description: In the role of a Business Development Specialist, you will be charged with identifying, prospecting, and securing new temporary, direct hire and HR services business primarily at companies with 50-999 staff employees. This role will include:

1) Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies

2) Generating desirable business opportunities and helping to ensure that orders are filled by meeting regularly with field managers

3) Functioning as the lead sales expert and resource in assigned territory prospecting business opportunities by visiting clients, performing in-office demonstrations. conducting phone, direct mail and e-mail campaigns and other related activities

4) Providing competitive market intelligence to Marketing and field managers by identifying and monitoring competitor and client trends Qualifications: Your credentials will include:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience

Minimum of 2-4 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches

Travel to potential/existing client locations as required. Must have a valid driver's license.
