We're looking for a motivated Interactive Account Executive | Salesperson to add to our illustrious team of overachievers.

If you have sold a specialized service to a wide variety of companies, managed thousands of contacts, have amazing customer service and phones sales skills, and enjoy helping others then this might be the perfect job for you!

We have a large team of Account Managers and Account Directors who focus on bringing happiness to our Talent and our clients by partnering with them to make great professional matches. As an Interactive Account Executive you will be responsible for selling Aquent's staffing service offerings to a wide variety of Interactive accounts, both warm contacts who have used our services and brand new contacts who may never have heard of Aquent.

The Ideal Match for our team is:

Someone with 2-5 years of experience working in the staffing industry or in a sales role within an Interactive creative services team, advertising agency or marketing department, making a high volume of calls (300+ per week) to contacts in companies of all shapes and sizes.
Someone who takes the initiative to CALL and ask questions, rather than spending a great deal of time getting caught up in research.
Someone with the most outstanding customer service skills imaginable, who can boast a network of satisfied clients who they have retained for a long time.
A great team-player who works hard but remembers to have fun, even when the day gets tough.

We have an amazing Area Manager who is here to help - especially when things get tough. (They always do, don't they? Even though they never tell you that in your first interview.)

Most importantly (and I'm stressing this here), we are looking for people who want to work with everyone else in this office. We are NOT looking for Maverick from Top Gun (in more ways than one).

This is a growth role with a career path that leads to managing large accounts as either an Account Director or an Account Manager, once you’ve proven yourself in this role as a wildly successful Interactive Account Executive/Salesperson!
