Position Summary:

Develop and generate loan production for LBSBF.

Essential Job Functions:

* Originate loan production for LBSBF.
* Achieve individual loan production goals
* Implement effective marketing strategies to generate loan production
* Exhibit thorough understanding and application of LBSBF's loan production processes
* Develop strong referral relationships in the real estate brokerage community

Accountabilities:

* Achieve individual loan production goals
* Effectively communicate with supervisors regarding loan production issues
* Work efficiently within LBSBF loan production processes
* Enable LBSBF to achieve budgeted production and profitability targets

Competencies:

* Strong sales skills
* Solid understanding of commercial real estate lending
* Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
* Ability to maintain professional poise at all times

Education/Experience:

High school degree. College degree preferred. 3 years experience working in a high production loan origination environment preferred. Commercial real estate background preferred.
