Achieve the sales target for the region through setting up new clients and alliances
* MBA/ business degree
* Must have proven track record in US of selling e learning/IT solutions
* Must have 7-8 years of relevant experience (4 – 5 years in e learning sales experience)
* Should be well networked and have interacted / dealt successfully with e-learning heads/ chief information officers/ senior managers of large multinationals companies.
* Excellent sales and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity
* Should have through understanding and appreciation of software service business.
* Creative thinking (out-of-the-box thinking)
* Should be well experienced in the commercials of software contract negotiations
* Ability to understand client needs and present solutions
* Skilled at identifying decision makers and building executive relationships
* Should have good communication ability in English.
