As part of our global expansion plan, we are looking for aggressive and dynamic business development professionals to work in our New York and London offices.
Position: Manager/Head Business Development – UK (London-based), Continental Europe (location tbd) and North America (New York based)
Responsibilities: Your primary goal will be to identify new clients, pitch the Irevna advantage and seal deals. Since we operate in the financial services industry, your experience and comfort in selling financial services to senior management leaders who control sizeable budgets will be valued. Your familiarity with outsourcing businesses will also be an added advantage as you present Irevna’s unique offering to target clients. Strong management, presentation and communication skills, including the ability to consult with and interview clients to identify their requirements, strong commercial acumen and the ability to close deals at appropriate commercial terms will be other prerequisites. The ideal candidate would be the one who knows how to seize the moment, when to ask the right questions and when to listen. Irevna is a fast-paced organization that still maintains the charm and flexibility of a start-up; so any charged up individual with a high entrepreneurial quotient will find the organization just the right place for him/her. Experience: 2+ years experience in the investment banking or outsourcing industry. Candidates with greater experience will be considered for the Head position. For the Continental Europe position, knowledge of multiple continental European languages, especially German and French, is required.
