NEW growth opportunity for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to develop projects with emerging alternate energy technologies such as solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal, biomass, and energy storage. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
MBA is a definite plus and background in project management and business development plus a strong interest in renewable energy and work experience in the renewable power or energy sector. Must have 2+years experience screening and identifying deals and investments. Require proficient quantitative and financial analysis skills and expertise with MSOffice and Outlook. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage key project development tasks, including technology selection, land control, permitting, transmission, and power sales as well as represent the company as necessary in high level meetings with utilities, technology providers, investors, and other market participants.
