Job Description:
To maintain and grow the sales in the territory assigned by establishing relationships with the travel agents, vendor partners, and the GOGO offices. Grow new business by establishing a network of leisure agents in the territory who will be trained and informed in the company product line. Territory includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska.
Job Duties:
To impact the number of travel agents booking with GOGO Worldwide Vacations by building relationships with and educating the travel agents, tourist boards, airline representatives, and hotel vendors in your assigned territory. Grow new business by helping travel agents develop marketing plans and reaching booking goals under contract.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the Travel Industry is required Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned, multi-state territory Utilize presentation skills to train travel agents on products Average 25 sales calls per week Ability to travel for FAMs and out-of-state meetings Attend company trade shows and sales meetings as required Read and answer e-mail in a timely mannor Reliable transportation Adhere to company dress policy
