BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

These products are used for maintenance repair operations (MRO) of all types in hospitals, hotels, industrial plants, government buildings, office complexes and all types of other facilities maintenance.

 

Due to tremendous growth and planned expansion in 2008, we have an immediate need for an experienced Business Development Manager who will provide proactive sales management of Independent Sales Agents, establish goals and objectives, communicate and implement general sales strategies and procedures, build, train and further develop a strong market coverage team and monitor sales channel performance and marketing intelligence.

 

The ideal candidate should posses the following:

Facility and Industrial maintenance sales experience Sales Management, recruiting and training experienceMajor Account building experienceStrong leadership, presentation, communication ability and team building skillsStrategic Business Planning experience Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skillsStrong computer skills Experience in the Amarillo MarketBachelor degree preferred
