Central States Industrial is looking for an ideal candidate to fill a new position to market and sell a new product line for processing industries. The person must have prior success selling high end engineered products and systems to buyers, management, and or directors of large corporations in a competitive market and against established vendors. 

You must be excellent at developing and marketing a product line, prospecting and finding new opportunities, building relationships, growing existing accounts and have excellent listening skills and problem solving skills.  You will use your strong ability to communicate to end users, develop and foster relationships with the key decision-makers at companies and that have the potential to become long term and meaningful relationships for our company. You should be a self starter, be highly motivated and goal oriented and able to work without supervision but as part of a team. 

Experience with fluid handling equipment for the food, dairy, beverage processing industries helpful. 

Central States Industrial (CSI) designs, fabricates and distributes stainless steel components for the sanitary processing industries, which include:  food, dairy, beverage, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and personal care.  Since our beginning, the focus of our services has shifted to design, custom fabrication and distribution of stainless steel products for the sanitary processing industries, including pharmaceutical and bio-technology. Our corporate office and manufacturing facility is located in Springfield, Missouri, allowing us to ship our products from coast to coast. Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or MBA; preferred

At least 5 years of related manufacturing experience; preferred

At least 3 years sales experience; required

Excellent communication skills
