The Fretz Corporation is the Mid-Atlantic distributor for Sub-Zero, Wolf and other high-end kitchen appliances. The Company is headquartered in Northeast Philadelphia and has a satellite showroom in Columbia, Maryland. Products are sold to consumers and builders through a network of independent appliance and kitchen dealers.
A new position is being created to establish a presence/ relationship with developers, general contractors, architects and other industry partners involved in the design and/or development of multi-unit luxury residential properties. The primary objective is to ensure our products are given the highest consideration for these projects.
The person would be responsible to develop and maintain a database of all high-end projects and key contacts throughout the market. The database would be the primary managerial tool used to evaluate the marketplace and ensure we are well positioned to propose at the inception of a project. The individual should posses the necessary industry knowledge, business sense and interpersonal qualities to represent the company in a professional manner with all levels of management.
Education: BA / BS from accredited university
Experience: 5 years professional sales experience
Home Building Industry (Appliance industry a plus)

Overnight travel required – on occasion can be up to five days
