Business Development Manager

Shiloh Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of Engineered Products, Engineered Welded Blanks, Stampings and Processed Steel is seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record within and outside of the automotive industry of identifying, prospecting, developing and closing new business.

The individual we are seeking will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience managing a geographic territory in the steel or stamping industries.  Prior background with a steel mill and/or steel service center along with an existing client base a definite plus.  Must be a self-started with a history of account development accomplishments.

Candidate selected will have a four-year college degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
