We manufacture and distribute flow measurement equipment and software through two divisions: ADS Environmental Services and Accusonic Technologies. As our Business Development Manager, you should be centrally located within the state of Texas near a major metropolitan area with access to a major airport. Your primary mission will be to lead the business development in Texas for ADS Environmental Services by aggressively penetrating and dominating the Wastewater Collection System Management market, Wastewater treatment and sewage pumping markets and Water Distribution networks. Your proven ability to exceed sales quotas and build consultative sales relationships will be critical to your success in this rewarding position. You will work closely with the regional project team as you complete needs assessments for our clients, lead contract negotiations, and act as a liaison between our company and our customers. Your aptitude for listening to the clients and engaging in meaningful business relationships paired with your knowledge of our products, industry, and your territory will ensure that you are significantly rewarded by our uncapped commission structure.
