PLEASE NOTE: This position will be positioned to take over for the VP of Business Development when they retire in 3 years. I'm looking for Business Development Manager with INDUSTRIAL Construction background to work for a progressive company in Houston, TX. I am looking for someone who is good with sales and interacting with customers, but is also technically savvy in the INDUSTRIAL construction business. Specifically the industrial commercial space in Houston and Gulf Coast area. This is a Direct Hire, full time, position. I'm looking for a Business Development Manager that has the following: Previous work experience for a general contractor in industrial maintenance Experience selling industrial construction projects. Knowledge of the greater Houston area and gulf coast Bachelor's in Mech/Civil eng degrees or similar Technical knowledge and sales skills This position will be involved in business development and marketing activities as well as interface with Engineers on site on a daily basis.
