HT Staffing was founded in 2001 by industry leaders to provide unsurpassed staffing and direct hire solutions to companies both large and small. We have grown from a start up company to one listed on the Austin Business Journal Book of List Top 25 Staffing Companies in Austin.  We have steadily grown opening five additional offices throughout Texas. 

Our HT Staffing Professional division was organized to serve the direct hire needs of our clients searching for higher skilled individuals.  We are expanding HT Staffing Professional to include technical contract staffing.   For this expansion, HT Staffing Professional is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team of over-achievers in Austin. We are looking for the best and the brightest sales professional/manager to join our fast growing team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will use your proven experience in the Information Technology industry to develop and grow your client base by selling IT/Technical contract staffing. Additionally, you will strengthen your relationship building skills by making extensive cold calls, outbound sales calls and conducting in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying key project needs.
