5 years of IT recruiting experience Highly motivated
• Meet the challenge of finding the right candidate for the job
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to negotiate Salary with candidates
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to interact with off-shore recruiting team
• Demonstrate a successful track record in IT recruiting
• Results orientated (measured by hires per month)
• Strong networking skills and dedication to follow-up and close job offer
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office, Outlook and Internet experience

Junior Recruiter:

2 to 3 years of recruiting experience  Highly motivated
• Meet the challenge of finding the right candidate for the job
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to negotiate Salary with candidates
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to interact with off-shore recruiting team
• Results orientated (measured by hires per month)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office, Outlook and Internet experience
