Business Development Manager

This individual will acquire and secure new client accounts while educating customers and prospects on the benefits of our comprehensive solutions. The BDM will report directly to the Regional Business Manager and will ensure that the annual market penetration is properly cultivated. The BDM will model a healthy lifestyle, display corporate values and high integrity at all times.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with Healthcare Brokers & Clients (new/existing) Present Company capabilities to new prospects Responsible for tracking calls, meetings and follow ups Assist with the development and refinement of operating systems, policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/3-5 years experience in direct sales or software sales Ability to work in a complex sales environment and with high level management Prefer Healthcare and/or insurance background/knowledge Successful track record in sales/proof of top performance Excellent presentation skills: oral and written Demonstrated strategic analysis, problem solving and planning skills. High-energy, results-oriented approach to sales and marketing Organized and able to handle multiple projects and tasks Strong technical/computer skills (MS Office, Internet Search, PDA’s) Professional and health conscious image is a must

Requirements

Must be able to work from home/have own office space Must submit to a credit, driving and background check Pass a drug test Be open to travel at a minimum of 15-25% and a maximum of 50% Must live in either or near Cleveland/Columbus/Indianapolis/Pittsburgh area
