Creative Financial Staffing is searching for a Business Development Manager to cultivate existing relationships, break into new accounts, and create long standing relationships in the accounting and finance arena.  At CFS, you are provided with state-of-the-art technology, on-going education and training, and marketing support to help you achieve great success in the Financial Staffing industry. 

Core Responsibilities:

·         Grow revenue of temporary staffing division by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels

·         Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources

·         Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business

·         Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing solutions

·         Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business

·         Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients

Our CPA firm partner in Hartford is Blum Shapiro, Connecticut's largest regional public accounting firm.  Recently, Blum Shapiro merged with Leask & Leask, a well-established CPA firm in the Fairfield market.  With this merger, CFS now has the opportunity to expand its presence in Connecticut -- our Fairfield/Southport location will be the newest office in the CFS network!  Our CFS team will reside within the new Southport office of Blum Shapiro offering an outstanding networking opportunity for recruiting top candidates and for leveraging business from firm clients.
