We provide services across the whole life of many types of buildings and offer services that manage complex environments that enable business’s to run more effectively. We provide guaranteed energy savings through our energyplus program, service and maintenance contracts and many other facilities maintenance services. We are currently expanding our VA/DC/MD branch.
The successful candidate will report to the VA Branch manager and will be accountable for the delivery of personal targets through the sale of profitable business with prestigious clients, working within a dynamic and successful team. You will be responsible for driving relationship development as well as proposals. You will be responsible to manage all prospects, maintaining an excellent pipeline and have the ability to create professional business documents which effectively meet client’s needs. You will support business retention through active involvement in re-bid activity.
The successful candidate will have a demonstratable track record in new business development and strong operational knowledge within a facilities management team. You will ideally have knowledge in HVAC system and energy management solutions. We are looking for excellent communication and relationship management skills along with strong financial business expertise and proven experience in contract negotiations. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is desirable. GSH offers a generous compensation package.
