At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Embedded Technologies in our Oklahoma City, OK location.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
-Identification and Development of sales requirements for assigned area of responsibility including assessment of existing/potential customers and product definition and execution.
- Defines and tracks performance measurements for key supplier business performance
- Coordinates activities specific to customers between: Geographical Sales branches, Arrow Partners, Product Marketing, Suppliers, Engineering, Integration, Asset Management, and Financial Services,

- Produces market intelligence necessary for strategic and tactical marketing and business development plans for the market and overall business objectives
- Develops and leverages industry relationships to generate sales opportunities
- Coordinates all quote and proposal activity into the defined customers
- Participates in the design of literature and other promotional materials

Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and implement short- and long-range plans that are effective in meeting goals, and ability to integrate planning efforts across work units

- Ability to influence indirect reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- High level of working knowledge of embedded technologies with supplier & customer programs and products, and their performance against similar products in the industry

-Min. 5 years direct technical sales experience

- Ability to travel extensively within Central US and occasionally to other locations in North America

Preferred:
- 6+ years Sales and Supplier Management experience
- 4+ years within the Electronics Distribution industry
