ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have a degree and/or 3-5 years of demonstrated success in top line sales environment. Candidates will be able to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with customer executives/managers; develop/plan revenue growth, customer service requirements, profitability, and expense control within assigned area; conduct market research in order to identify customer service needs, changes, modifications required to meet market demands; utilize resources to identify market trends within railroad industry and identify/qualify competition. Position requires on call availability 24/7/365.
