BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR 

COMPETITIVE SALARY!!! 

Ideal candidate…

* Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferably from the healthcare or real estate industries. 

* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population. 

* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.

* Experience with public speaking a plus.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales.

 

Location (position oversees 2 communities)

Homewood Residence at Richmond Heights & the Fairways

Homewood Residence at Richmond Heights is located at 3 Homewood Way, Cleveland, OH 44143

The Fairways is located at 30630 Ridge Road, Wickliffe, OH 44092
