Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 AM

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
At least 2 years experience in selling financial services to Small Business.
Previous experience on a base and commission type of pay plan.
Strong Center of Influence to sell to.
Excellent communication and self-management.
Must self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment toward common goals.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service. Contact customers and prospects as required for sales. Utilize sales process to identify customer needs. Meet and or exceed sales goals. Understand local competitive strategies and deal with objections. Effectively use all the tools to acquire new business relationships.
