Skywire Software seeks experienced Business Analysts for our Business Process Outsourcing organizations in both Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA (near Hartsfield-Jackson airport). Business Analysts will be responsible for the definition and implementation aspects of customer requirements including system requirements definition and system testing. These roles may work independently or within a project team, as applicable, to ensure project success. Business Analysts will perform all business analysis tasks including analysis, development, testing, quality assurance verification/audits, and packaging and release of assigned deliverables.

Successful candidates should hold a BS degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Systems and 2+ years' related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience with electronic publishing software and/or imaging systems software preferred. Working knowledge of at least two PC-based development environments. Programming experience in at least one PC or Mainframe programming language (i.e. C, C++, Visual Basic, COBOL, DB2, Pascal, Assembler, etc.). Working knowledge of LAN environments. Good understanding of client-server processing. Good understanding of databases. Ability to interact effectively with other departments and clients. Results-oriented. Capability to multi-task independently. Good problem solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle stress in a confident, professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel as required to meet client deliverables, up to 30%.
