Job Description:

Business Analyst- SAP (Financial & Controlling Operations)

We are a rapidly expanding company, located in the Gaithersburg, MD area, seeking a Business Analyst with 4+ years experience in SAP (Financial & Controlling Operations), and ideally have experience working with a Biotech or Contract research organization. Experience/Requirements:
BA/BS Degree
4+ years of software or technical product management/program management experience REQUIRED
Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) software
Direct customer interaction experience required
Experience working with a Biotech or Contract research organization HIGHLY desired
Detail oriented, self motivated and able to function in a multi-task environment with a positive attitude under pressure

Responsibilities:
Define and drive product vision, design, and feature set of business automation software products.
Program management- Create and manage complex program schedules
Drive all communication and cross-group collaboration during solution implementation
Attend sales calls and meetings with the sales team in a sales engineer capacity
Produce any supportive documentation required to win new business
Deliver all business and functional requirements documentation and obtain customer sign-off on that documentation
Coordinate interactions to ensure that each item outlined in the business and functional requirements map to an appropriate section in the technical specification and end user documentation for each project
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product road maps
Contribute to the development of product positioning in the marketplace with sales and marketing team
Conduct market research/ competitive analysis
Coordinate with the technical writing team to complete the product end user and IT guides
Participate in end user and IT training sessions
