Business Analyst, Healthcare

                                               

 

To support Healthcare by providing analysis based on recurring and ad hoc reporting.  Provide data insights in a consultative manner that allows both strategic and tactical decision making by sales & sales management.

Essential Functions: Working with sales representatives/management to develop membership reviews Benchmark analysis Cost analysis Conduct joint sales calls to review key points of the benchmark and membership reviews as needed Assist/review information for finance and revenue reporting Measure performance results (i.e., sponsorships, custom templates, training programs, etc.)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems preferred 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in a sales environment Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills; strong attention to detail Excellent project management and time management skills Strong ability to build consensus; ability to influence others Ability to solve problems across domains (business, functional, technical, and operational) Ability to analyze industry data and describe it thoroughly and precisely at the client level Demonstrated ability to create and maintain large sets of data at a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Siebel and Brio a plus Ability to handle change and ambiguity Effective in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated self-starter
