Business Analysis Manager:

My client, a small specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in Orange County, CA, is a well-established publicly traded pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of unique and uniquely improved products.

The company is currently promoting three FDA approved products, plus they have filed for their fourth product. In addition, their pipeline is strong. In order to continue to build their pipeline as a specialty pharmaceutical company, they expect to acquire complementary products in their therapeutic area, either already marketed or in late-stage development. Their management team has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in their therapeutic area. Therapeutic expertise can also be found in the Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Clinical, Regulatory and General Management functions.

If you thrive in a small pharma, fun, exciting, intense culture where the employees love the company's philosophy (treat others like you want to be treated and those that perform are rewarded), where successes are celebrated, and where the company believes in selling on the science, then keep reading.

If you also thrive on the challenge of launching products and the rewards of exceeding revenue targets while building a successful company, and you like wearing multiple hats, I want to hear from you ASAP! I am currently seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join the organization. As Business Analysis Manager, you will perform analysis and provide recommendations based on the analysis to increase the productivity and ROI of the company's resources. You will routinely analyze the company's marketing programs, market research, Territory Manager development, call and sample activity, prescription and sales data, etc. to determine the maximum return on the company's resources. You will also analyze managed care contracts for return on rebates. You will conduct product and market reviews to assist in business development evaluations, as well as interface with the finance team in support of the overall budgeting process for the organization. This will be an exciting role with lots of visibility. Very hands-on!
