Position Overview: Business to Business Sales Account Executives (BAEs) acquire new and upgrade current commercial subscribers of our workplace products of video, high-speed internet, and multi-line voice services. BAEs work through door-to-door canvassing, appointments, and/or referral solicitation of small to medium-sized business enterprises. It is expected that the BAE develop, plan, and execute events and demonstrations by educating current and potential customers of the advantage of our products and services.

Position Summary:
• Support property manager access negotiations/escalations for sales professionals.
• Identify and negotiates right of entry for expanding plant to new business addresses in proactive build scenarios.
• Identify new business development and negotiate Comcast rights of entry in advance of new construction to assure most cost effective investment in reaching new addresses. (FIND for Business)
• Participate in Economic Development and property owner/manager organizations to foster quality relationships and goodwill for Comcast Business Services with these constituents.
• Assures new business addresses are updated into billing systems and fed to sales and marketing organizations to support new connect and net add activity.
• Act as negotiation interface with Corporate Access Strategy & Negotiation team to assure consistent internal coordination with property owners and with the Comcast legal team.
• Meets with prospects to increase understanding of all commercial products, services, pricing, and advantage to new, former, and existing small and medium sized customers.
• Consults with customers and prospects in sales area through door-to-door sales and referrals to promote the Comcast brand and increase incremental new business.
• Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers to facilitate the evaluation of customer’s potential product needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Independently establish and organize daily sales initiatives and reports all sales and service activities.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives within the guidelines as established by management.
• Learn customers’ short term and long term needs and recommend product and service applications to meet those needs.
• Functions as a front line point of contact for billing, technical, and escalations support.
• Must have punctual, regular and consistent attendance

Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma
•Current Utah Driver’s License
•3-5 years experience in a B2B or telecommunications sales role
•Strong knowledge of video, cable modems, DSL, and telephony services
•Strong written and verbal communication skills required
•Strong networking skills with a proven track record of successful prospecting and closing in a competitive quota-driven role
•Ability to work within Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
