Description: The Building Operations Inspector is accountable for the safe and reliable operations of all plant buildings. Included in this accountability are the certification of all building life safety systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structural systems, housekeeping, and interior and exterior fit, finish, and appearance. This role is one of the main points of contact between building occupants and Facilities and Services. It is also crucial to the safety of building occupants and the reliability of the buildings.
