Currently we have an exciting career opportunity for a Broker-Construction, located in our Miami, FL office.

Description:

- Emerging leader with proven peer market relationships and emerging senior client relationships specializing in Construction
- Provides expertise in servicing low to medium complexity accounts (determined by volume/size of accounts and/or nature of business)
- Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions
- Client facing with track record of working effectively with decision makers within clients
- Establishes and develops emerging relationships with economic buyers for small to medium size accounts
- Proven technical competency demonstrating capabilities to create innovative solutions
- Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
- Possesses senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)
- Effectively communicates market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situation
- Manages medium to large book of business typically, between $1M and $3M
- Mentors junior brokers and provides peer reviews
- Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client
