Branch Manager – Houston, TX

 

Structural Preservation Systems, a Structural Group Company, is a technology-oriented, forward thinking, rapidly growing national industry leader in the repair, strengthening, and upgrading of large commercial and industrial facilities.  Projects include parking garages, high rise,  commercial buildings, industrial plant modifications, and other major structure retrofits.

 

We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to provide leadership and vision to our growing SPS business in Deer Park, TX.  You will actively participate in managing day-to-day operations, including: Business Planning, Business Development, P& L, Contract Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Collections, Job Cost, Cash Flow Analysis, and Resource Management. 

 

10 + years of construction management experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of job financial management systems and contract terms & conditions is required. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
