E Federal Credit Union, a dynamic credit union with a 74-year history of solid growth and stability in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an experienced, service-oriented, dynamic team leader to join our team as a Branch Manager.

In our service-focused organization, Branch Managers oversee the overall daily operations of a branch office. They model, mentor and coach employees in the art of strengthening member relationships through excellent service and our wide array of financial solutions. Solving member and employee issues within established policies and guidelines is also an important function of this position.

Critical Knowledge, Skill and Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years Supervisory experience. Knowledgeable of Regulatory Compliance Requirements of a Depository Financial Institution. Lending experience preferred. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. In depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services is a plus. Must pass all credit and bond requirements.
