Beneficial Bank, the largest locally operated bank in the Philadelphia Market Area, is actively seeking self-motivated individuals for management positions in the Retail Banking Division.

 

This position requires a goal-oriented individual to plan and carry out a sales strategy to actively pursue new contacts, as well as develop and maintain existing customers with the objective to significantly increase core deposit, as well as increase the Beneficial brand in your designated market area.  The Branch Manager will manage all business and development prospects with a primary focus on growth, and provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using various automation tools.  The Manager is also responsible for actively seeking new contacts through associations with community and business organizations, as well as conducting coaching sessions aimed to motivate staff that will enable the meeting and exceeding of set sales quotas.
