Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage, develop and increase branch  deposits in acccordance with the

  Bank`s strategic plan.

- Commands a superior knowledge of products and services with a strong

  sales expertise, resulting in achievement of branch sales goals.

- Sound understanding of both Consumer and Small Business Lending policies

  and underwriting guidelines to support sales initiatives and cross-sell.

- Provides guidance, instruction and opportunities for employees to improve

  performance and increase skill.

- Manages all HR related areas ie: performance evaluations, hiring,

  terminations and employee relation issues.

- Implements Bank`s policy and procedure complying with all legal and

  regulatory requirements.

- Fulfills audit requirements by achieving satisfactory results.

- Represents the Bank through various community activities.

 

Position Specifications:

- Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.

- Direct Sales, Business Development and Customer Service skills.

- Extensive understanding of Consumer  Lending and Small Business Lending

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to analyze situations and problem solving skills.

- Enthusiastic and motivated

- Bi-Lingual Portuguese a plus
