Description

As a Branch Manager with UACC, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operations. This includes but is not limited to the following: Management of daily business goals and objectives; supervision of operational branch staff; training and development of supervisory staff; ensure proper staffing levels and oversight of overtime costs; establish and generate new dealer business while maintaining established dealer relationships; collections and credit analysis; staff performance reviews; preparation of staff timecards and oversight of proper scheduling on a weekly basis; monitor staffing needs of the branch to assure 100% coverage at all times; screening and scheduling vacation, sick and leave requests; works with Division Manager to ensure good communications and clear procedural follow-through among employees, operational support members and branch management; assist and perform the progressive counseling/disciplinary advisories per company policies; coordinate with HR on unemployment claims; follow-up on workers comp incidents and leave of absences; and bank deposits.

Required Experience

8-15 years of progressive captive automotive finance experience; management in the areas of collections, credit analysis or credit underwriting in consumer finance; effective communication skills; strong leadership, staff management, performance management, conflict management skills a must. Sound judgment, adaptability, problem solving and analytical skills required.
