LOAN OFFICERS AND BRANCH MANAGER- CHERRY HILL/MARLTON NJ AREA
We are a National and FHA approved lender and are still growing at a rapid rate where other brokers and lenders are down-sizing and closing their doors. Our company is looking for licensed individuals with aggressive personalities who are motivated by success and progress to work in our new New Jersey office in the Cherry Hill/Marlton area.
Position requires strong sales and communications skills. Working knowledge of Conventional and FHA residential mortgage financing is required. A good working knowledge of Calyx Point and Microsoft Outlook is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, and the ability to work with and coordinate with realtors and to self-generate business is a must.
We are also seeking a Branch Manager. Must have at least 2-3 years running a branch office, be a Licensed Principle in the state of New Jersey, and must be willing to take on a start up opportunity.

Key requirements include:
2-3 years of mortgage banking experience
Aggressive and motivated personality
Mortgage lending/Real Estate Experience and knowledge of consumer lending products is an absolute must!
Strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to give timely status updates to clients and realtors.
Excellent Customer Service Skills a must!
Must be Licensed Principle in New Jersey for Branch Manager position and have previous experience in running a branch office.
