Summary:

The bookkeeper handles all financial transaction, prepare financial statements and accounts reconciliation. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the position consistent with the mission and values of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Responsibilities:

* Verify and process construction invoices

* Prepare journal entries, monthly accrual

* Perform various reconciliation including general ledger, cash, interest, etc

* Review financial statement and analyze variance

* Interest calculation and charges allocation

* Property tax billing

* Monthly sales tax return filing

* Special projects assigned by supervisor

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related major

* 3 + year accounting experience

* Details oriented

* Proficient with MS Word and Excel

* Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skill

* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multi task.
