Full-Charge Bookkeeper Summary
Our client is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper on either a long-term contract assignment, or on a direct hire basis. This position will require interaction with the operations team and other financial organizations within. Compensation for this position will be between $20 -$25.
 
 
Full-Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities

A/P, A/R, G/L, Payroll dutiesPrepare financial reports, P&L, etc.Assist with month-end close processMatching, batching, coding of invoices Bank reconciliations 
 

 
 
Essential Full-Charge Bookkeeper Skills & Characteristics
 
Requirements

4+ years A/P, A/R, G/L, PayrollIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience with a major in-house accounting software platform (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Lawson, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Peachtree, UltiPro, Navision)

Desired Skills

Qualified candidates will have good organizational and follow-up skills, ability to work independently and use critical thinking in performing daily tasks, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
