This is a full-time position for an experienced bookkeeper for a professional office in Spring, Texas.   Experience with Excel, Word, Quicken, and Quickbooks is required.  Candidates should have experience in bookkeeping for different types of entities, including but not limited to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.  Preferred candidates have experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, bill paying, and preparation of tax documents (1099s), cash flow projections, and the processing of loan draws.   College degree required, with preference to accounting or business degrees.
