Our Corporate office in Hayward, CA is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of an Accountant/Senior Accountant. The position is temporary with the opportunity to become a full-time regular employee.

Duties Include:  Accounts payable and expense report processing, biweekly payroll, create journal entries for financial, account and bank reconciliations, tax filings, assist with financial analysis, budgets and internal business processes. Interact with all levels of employees and miscellaneous general accounting requirements. Some assistance with general Human Resources policies and procedures. This position will not require accounts receiveables, invoicing or cash application.

Requirements:  Broad general accounting experience covering all major functional areas with 3-7 years of progressive experience. Ability to work independently and efficiently. A solid understanding of accounting practices and concepts to apply to hands-on processing.  ERP experience required and NetSuite experience preferred.
