AEIOMed, Inc. is an innovative medical device company providing proprietary medical products used to treat OSA and similar respiratory disorders utilizing a creative and flexible team approach. We are located in Dinkytown, near the University of Minnesota.
We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator on either a Full Time or Part Time basis to support general office administration, accounting and executive administrative duties. We are looking for a conscientious, self motivated and organized individual to join a DYNAMIC company of talented people!
Overall responsibilities include:
Process accounts payable. Assist in processing purchase orders/matching PO’s to bills. Processing customer payments. Maintain accounting files and records Research and resolve and maintain accounts payable and accountsQualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping systems and procedures; be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Office programs; and have excellent telephone and customer service skills.
