Job Description
Real estate company which manages real estate assets, develops property and serves as a general contractor is currently looking for a book-keeper with at least two years experience.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting with the month end accounting close process
· Preparing journal entries and posting to the general ledger
· Completing bank and account reconciliations
· Performing accounting duties as they relate to accounts payable / receivable
· Participating in special projects
· Create financial statements
Requirements:
· 1 - 2 years of accounting related experience · Be able to work independently and perform efficiently
· Superior oral and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quick Books
