Summary/General Description of Responsibilities:
To provide leadership to /and technical assistance to several small crews or individual journeyman in their assigned areas.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
· Directs the utility operations and maintenance for the boilers, chillers and air compressors for use in production of steam, chill water and compressed air.
· Schedules work requirements and personnel resources to ensure contract requirements met. Ensures inspection for contract and regulatory compliance is preformed; monitoring inspection schedules. Schedules and maintains maintenance, repairs and does the maintenance schedule for all major utility systems. Provides assistance to government representatives requesting access and information on the utility systems in operation; assists with hazardous accidents to include cleanup and containment.
· Prepares and coordinates for spring and fall outages and budget for this area. Ensures strict adherence to safety standards and practices in all supervised units and sections. Ensures that government furnished equipment, materials, supplies and facilities are safeguarded and maintained.
· Supervises the safety, security, and environmental plans. Ensures that employees are aware of and adhere to standard timekeeping procedures and that timesheets are checked daily for compliance.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Valid State Drive License
· OKC Class I Boiler Operator License
· Minimum ten (10) years experience in managing and operating utility systems. Extensive experience in operation, casualty control and maintenance of large industrial power plants
· Extensive knowledge of boiler repair, high-pressure inspection, boiler water chemistry, boiler fuel operations.
· Ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.
