Description:
Volt has immediate openings for Bilingual Technical Support representatives. If you are Bilingual in English and Spanish with previous Call Center experience we want to talk to you! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and process customer calls effectively and efficiently. Utilize call logging tools to accurately document all conversations throughout each call; including steps, actions taken, results and resolutions obtained. Utilize support knowledge-base to find resolutions to customer issues. Demonstrate proper troubleshooting steps, ask clarifying questions, and discover underlying causes of concern. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to queue, customers, and business objectives. Maintain effective call ownership. Exceed customer expectations with outstanding customer service. Strive toward single call resolution. Maintain regular and continuing contact with customer until resolution is reached. Regularly review open call logs, update call logs and notes, and make reach-out calls as needed to research and resolve ongoing issues and provide superior customer service. Proactively work to improve self, team, department, product, and company. Prioritize time & complete assigned tasks while maintaining high level phone productivity. Proactively pass on ideas/suggestions for contributing to department knowledge base.

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience required. Previous technical support or call center experience recommended. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide superior customer service; not sacrifice quality in order to meet goals. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. Ability to increase knowledge. Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, problem solving, writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, handle stress, and adapt to change. Must have completely clear 7 year Background with no Felony or Misdemeanor convictions. Must be flexible with shift availability. SKILLS AND EDUCATION DESIRED: Minimum of a High School diploma; some college preferred. Previous work history of at least 2 years with each previous company preferred. Previous experience in customer service, support, or sales.
