Employee Solutions of Richardson is looking for two bilingual Staffing Consultant's in the Arlington and Farmers Branch areas. We are looking to fill these positions with individuals who are pro active, show a high degree of initiative, and have a sense of urgency in everything they do. Our Staffing Consultant's must work with little or no supervision, be highly organized, have acute attention to detail, and possess the ability to manage time efficiently.

Bilingual STAFFING CONSULTANT

POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to support the operations of the branch. This is accomplished by supervising temporary

staff, developing and maintaining client relationships, maintaining order fill rates, participating in recruiting efforts and new hire processes, conducting initial injury, and employee relations related investigations, attending internal meetings,

completing various reports, and serving as liaison for client and corporate office. Other duties include performing related work as required or delegated by the regional operations director, special projects, facilitating client appreciation

functions, and attending continuing education and certification programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assists with daily operation processes by receiving and filling job orders, interviewing

applicants, administering new hire paperwork, drug testing, and skills testing when applicable,

running back ground checks and pilot verifications, accurately entering information into database and

placing new hires on job orders, maintaining daily client and internal company reports, temporary

personnel files, tracking and reporting absenteeism, managing daily employee relations, client

relations and assisting branch staff.

Supervises temporary staff by handling employee relations, new hire processes, communicating

polices and procedures and client requirements and assisting temporaries with any other needs.

Selects qualified applicants or refer them to client, according to policy.

Maintains records of applicants not selected for employment.

Recruits applicants for open positions through various recruiting methods.

Develops and maintains strong client relationships by establishing and maintaining strong lines of

communication by telephone, email and in person, determining expectations, fulfillment needs,

analysis, recommendations and desired response time, offering suggestions or alternatives that

maximize client satisfaction, maintaining client reports, and acting as liaison to client and corporate

office.

Hires temporary employees and place them with clients with open job orders.
