Description: Responsibilities

Responsible for processing inbound Spanish/English calls in Customer Service and Store Services. Representatives will process new credit card applications and assist the customers in resolving their private label/billing inquiries. Using feature/benefit techniques, representatives will be required to sell related consumer credit products. Training starts on February 25, 2008.

Responsibilities:
* Accept inbound calls from Retail store associates requesting approval for new credit accounts
* Process new credit card applications
* Review exception applications and follow system generated decision
* May communicate and explain credit applicants credit worthiness why declined
* Answer questions or resolve customer inquiries regarding their store credit cards and/or billing statements
* Extend sales offers on products and services to eligible callers
* Take inbound, early stage, collection calls and secure payment arrangements Qualifications: * Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
* PC skills in a Windows based environment
* Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to pass the Spanish Proficiency Test
* Up to 2 years relevant experience
* Basic math and reading skills
* Good organizational skills
* Minimum typing speed 25 wpm, accurately
* Ability to multitask

Preferred:
Sales/Negotiations experience
