Major International Financial institution has an immediate need for an Administrative/Executive Assistant to support a very high level executive with an assortment of administrative and Human Resource functions. This gentleman is new to his position within the firm and is looking for the epitome of a right hand as he oversees many departments.
The duties of this position are diverse and challenging and consist of but are not limited to: calendar and meeting coordination; preparing expense reports; preparing presentations (Power Point) to senior management; coordinating and comprising presentations for monthly meetings; handling an assortment of financial administrative functions; act as Human resources representative for the departments that are overseen by this executive; working on special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent written and spoken German language skills; has a minimum of 2 years previous administrative experience; has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); detail oriented with a sense of task ownership and responsibility; self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German); basic banking experience is a plus.
