Spherion is currently working with a dynamic Fortune 500 organization in efforts to assist them in finding high energy Customer Care Specialist in Tallahassee, FL.
Job Description:
THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION
Must be BILINGUAL – SPANISH SPEAKING
Responsibilities will include:
§ Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard scripts and procedures
§ Gathers information from the caller to identify customer's needs and determine appropriate action
§ Communicates appropriate options for resolution
§ Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints
§ Investigates and resolves problems escalated through lower-level staff members
§ Uses a computer system to research/resolve inquiries and log customer calls
§ Escalates more complex issues to Supervisor/Manager as necessary
Qualifications will include:
§ High School diploma and/or equivalent experience and/or training
§ 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
§ Ability to use PC, calculator and or other office equipment
§ Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
§ Strong verbal communication skills
§ Ability to motivate successful team behavior
