Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) is a multi-national company offering a range of 4th Wall(TM) solutions for the retailers' front of store consisting of self-service coin counting, money transfer, electronic payment solutions, entertainment services and self-service DVD rental. We have a great new location and several Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) openings with various shifts to fill! This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing customer service team. Coinstar provides excellent starting pay ($10.25 DOE).

***2 consecutive days off! Not a seasonal position. Medium volume call center - no cold calling/outbound sales!***

This person contributes to Coinstar's success by providing customer service and product support to Coinstar users and corporate partners.

Summary of key responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from customers, corporate partners, and field service staff
· Assist customers, corporate partners, and field service staff by effectively troubleshooting problems with Coinstar units
· Dispatch Field Technicians to service Coinstar units
· Document and track incoming calls on Coinstar's customer service database
· Assist the Sales and Marketing department with research and administration of consumer surveys

Preferable Qualifications & Experience:
· High School Degree or GED
· BA or BS preferred
· 2-5 years experience in customer service, preferably in a technology-based corporation
· Call center experience strongly desired
·  Fluent in French and English
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
· Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem solving skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Working knowledge of Lotus Notes
