We are seeking experienced, professional individuals with exceptional customer service skills, who understand the dynamic of working in a call center environment.  We desire to provide customer service that is rated among the best in the industry.

Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish & English (Read, write & speak) Minimum of 2 years prior call center experience answering 70+ calls per day Able to work 3rd shift (1PM - 10PM), Monday - Friday Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills (MS Office applications) Stable work history Auto insurance background desired, but not required

3rd shift positions pay $12.50 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and education.
