Description:
This individual will assist employees with benefits, maintain employee data base, manage all insurance billings and maintain employee files. Administers various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability. Coordinates human resources procedures to initiate benefits such as profit sharing, disability insurance, medical and life insurance. Act as a liaison between employees and benefit carriers. Assist with implementation of annual open enrollment process, including attending and conducting the information meetings for employees, assembly and distribution of enrollment packets. Use benefits software to maintain employee benefit deductions. Responsible for design, recommendation, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including planning, job analysis, classification of positions and monitoring.

Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry. *Must be able to conduct job analysis and compensation surveys, establishing salary structures, developing salary budgets and managing compensation projects from design through implementation.
